Step into a world of flavour with Taste of Cultures, the ultimate food experience at the Easter Show! 2026 held over 20 food vendors representing 14+ countries across 5 continents, this is your chance to taste your way around the world—all in one place.

From mouthwatering American BBQ to rich and flavourful Polynesian cuisine, spicy Asian street food, and indulgent sweet treats, there’s something for every craving. Whether you love the bold and smoky flavours of the grill, fresh and vibrant island dishes, or quick and tasty street eats, you’ll find it here.

Where to find it?
Taste of Cultures stretches from the edge of the carnival down to reception and along the side of Hall 6, making it the perfect spot to stop, refuel, and explore a diverse range of cuisines. With each vendor offering something truly unique, you’ll want to come hungry and ready to try something new!

 FAQs

  • Tickets are available at the gate during the event, and will go live online a few months prior.

  • There is plenty of paid and free parking around the event. This includes the racecourse and rugby fields surrounding the showgrounds.

  • Rain or shine, the Easter Show goes ON! We have plenty of indoor activities across Halls 1-5, including the markets and our massive indoor Fun Co amusement area.

  • Thursday 2nd (from 6pm), Friday 3rd, Saturday 4th, Sunday 5th, Monday 6th of April. The show hours for the Easter Show 2026 are 10am - 6pm daily with the carnival rides open until 10pm.

  • There are plenty of features to keep the kids entertained all day. There is plenty of fun for mum and dad too!

  • Unfortunately only Registered Guide and Service Dogs are allowed inside the venue.
